Happy customer....defective product

I recently purchased a 3" happ trackball replacement brand new. I receieved the item with some minor shipping issues due to Canada and US boarder brokering. But once solved had my product and quickly installed my new ball . It worked very well right away compared to my old ball but after a few games it seemed to be sticking in one direction. I took it out and investigated the bearings and tested each of them and there is one bearing that spins signifigantly less than the others and another that is questionable as well. Needkess to say I dont want to go through the hassle of shipping BACK to the US so I have purchased new bearings to see if this fixes the issue. Otherwise east to deal with and order from. Will order again just dissapointed in this particular purchase.
