Include a black daisy-chain wire with 32 0.187in (4.8mm) spade connectors for the ground connections.The primary harness in this kit is also known as the "U-HID Harness Type 3", Ultimarc part #L3C.

So much EASIER!

My first arcade I built, I had cut, stripped and glued all of the wires to its control panel. This harness cut ALL of that work out! Plus, the female leads fit so incredibly snug on the button leads that I don't need to secure them with glue!
