The UltraStik is is a true analog arcade joystick using advanced sensing technology which uses no contacts nor switches, allowing a perfectly smooth movement in all directions. T-Molding has been fantastic to deal with every time I've ordered. On a recent order, I received the wrong products. They apologized, sent me the correct sticks very quickly and processed the return without hesitation. That is kind of refreshing in today's world! If you are doing arcade/pinball cabinet work, these are the folks to use!
