Ultimarc U-Trak Trackball

This is a nice easy to use setup. It costs a bit more but the installation is hidden from the top which makes it look great. The ball rolls well with only a slight bump when reversing direction (could be smoother). Overall, a good buy. Your drilled holes need to be perfect. Make sure to note the arrow direction and point it to the monitor when installing or your mouse movement will be inverted. If you're not using an I-pac make sure to get the U-Trak USB Adapter. Plugs right into a raspberry PI and works well.
Decent but a bit rough

Ive had it for about 3 weeks. Mine is directly connected to the Ipac2. Its very acurate. Testing it as a mouse shows you can have very precise movements. Ive had no issues getting it to work well under MAME games on both Windows and Retropie.
Only issue is it can sound a bit rough in one direction. After taking it apart, I think one of the bearings is the culprit. The interior rollers seemed smooth. Its still a very good trackball and Im happy with it.
Shipped with bad bearing

Shipped with bad bearing but was quickly remedied by the support team, they sent another bearing for free.
