I really like this joystick. The 2-4-8 way piece is easy to change and works great. If you need a joystick with individual micro-switch connections verses 5-pin cable connection, this is a good choice.

Great stick for the money. Uses standard switch connectors so easy to wire. Nice feel. You do need to route the back of your panel if its 3/4" or thicker, or find a cheap shaft extender.
